Since Reiki exists independently of time and space , it can also be passed on from a distance. I pass on universal life energy to you, which supports your self-healing powers and can therefore lead to more relaxation, balance and personal insights .

 How do we start?
 First, we start with a free consultation (35 minutes) to get to know each other and find out to what extent and whether Reiki can support you in your needs and wishes . We will talk about your current challenge and take a holistic look at your situation. I will also do an energetic body scan to help me identify tension and estimate the duration of the treatment plan.
 How can it be used?
 We will then discuss the treatment plan together.
 If you do not want to use Reiki as a complementary therapeutic method or for the purpose of your personal development , there is also the possibility of simply using Reiki for relaxation .
